Please note that profiles are currently supported on selected devices only. This article only applies to devices which support profiles.

Note on browsers - currently you can’t manage profiles on browser. You’ll need to do that on a different device that supports profiles.

Here’s how to manage your profiles:

1. Use the sidebar to select the profile icon.
2. On the Who’s watching screen, click on the “Edit profiles” button.
3. Click on the profile you want to manage, in which you can:
   1. All profiles: you can change the profile name.
   2. Kids profile only: you can delete a kids profile.
   3. Main profile only: you can set up a Parental Controls PIN for your profile and G rated content.
   4. Main profile only: you can turn off PIN protection for your profile and G rated content.
4. Once you’ve finished editing your profiles, click the “Done” button.

How do I set up Parental PIN controls?

You can set up Parental Controls on your profile at any time as follows

1. Use the sidebar to select the profile icon.
2. On the Who’s watching screen, click on the “Edit profiles” button.
3. Choose your main profile.
4. Switch Parental Controls to ON.
5. You’ll be asked to create a PIN. Your PIN will then be required to access your main profile and all G rated content.

How do I turn off Parental PIN controls?

1. Use the sidebar to select the profile icon.
2. On the Who’s watching screen, click on the “Edit profiles” button.
3. Choose your main profile.
4. Enter your PIN (if you’ve forgotten your PIN, please see this page).
5. Switch Parental Controls to OFF.
6. Once you’ve finished managing your profile, click the “Done” button.

What if I forget my Parental Controls PIN?

If you’ve forgotten your PIN, here’s what to do:

1. Click the “Forgot your PIN?” button when prompted to enter the PIN. 
2. You’ll then be asked to enter your account password - the one you set up when you registered. 
3. Once you’ve entered your password, you’ll be able to create a new PIN.

If you’ve forgotten your account password, you can reset it here.

How do I delete a profile?

1. Use the sidebar to select the profile icon.
2. On the Who’s watching screen, click on the “Edit profiles” button.
3. Select the kids profile.
4. Click the “Delete profile” button. 
5. On the confirmation screen, click the “Delete profile” button. Please note that the Continue Watching list associated with this kids profile will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Your main profile cannot be deleted since it’s associated with your ITVX account.
