I'm subscribed but still seeing adverts

Why am I still seeing adverts on all shows?


Once you've subscribed to ITVX Premium, you can start using your subscription immediately on the device you used to subscribe. However, on occasion it can take up to 24 hours for the subscription to be recognised automatically by other devices.


If you want to use your subscription on another device, simply logging out of your account on that device and logging back in should fix the problem straight away.


If you're watching ITVX on more than one device, please ensure you're signed in with the same account you subscribed to ITVX Premium on.


On TVs, you can check the account you're signed in with by selecting Settings > Sign Out and the email address will be displayed. If it's a different one to your ITVX Premium account, continue signing out and sign back in with your ITVX Premium one.


Why am I still seeing adverts on some shows?


Due to licensing restrictions, some programmes (eg Family Guy, Hart of Dixie and One Tree Hill) will still contain adverts on ITVX Premium.


If you are watching ITV live channels on ITVX Premium, adverts will still appear as they are part of our live TV broadcasts.
